Miss-Fit Training: A ladies only fitness class designed for those that are interested in the metabolism boosting conditioning aspects of CrossFit but aren’t nearly as interested in the Barbell work or Olympic lifts. The program is designed to meet the unique conditioning needs of the female trainee looking to get a great cardio workout while simultaneously getting an awesome full body resistance training. This program also doubles as an amazing starting platform to progress to regular CrossFit training if the trainee so chooses. This program begins Jan 9th 5:30am M,W,F or M,T,Th 6pm to 7pm Cost: $225 Next on our list is our Foundation’s Course If you are interested in CrossFit but feel like you have a long way to go to actually participate then this is exactly what you are looking for. Here are the details: 4 Day Session beginning Jan 6th M, T, W, Th at 6pm to 7pm $65 for the class Good for all ability levels We will cover all the fundamental theory, safe lifting technique, as well Beginner’s workouts to ramp you up to being able to participate in our Group classes at a Beginner level. This session will be happening at CrossFit Tidal Wave. Last up for January will be our Build a Beast Program ! The Build a Beast Program is not for the feint of heart. It is a 6 week program designed to pack on muscle, push your limits, and send your performance skyrocketing. We will be integrating aspects of Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Bodybuilding as well as some conditioning finishers. This program will have beginner and intermediate levels.
