PC + Jerk; 80% 2 x 1, 85% 2 x 1, 90% 3 x 1 C. 50 HSPU for time PM 3 rounds 80/90/100% effort 400m row 15 wall balls, 20/14 10 burpee box jumps, 24/20 15 American swings, 70/53 1:1 work to rest Day 3 AM* 400m row @ 85% RPE rest 1 minute x 8 reps PM A.
