What made you stay? Their ability to work with the needs of an adaptive athlete ! How long have you been CrossFitting? I’ve been doing crossfit for a little over a year now. What are some of your goals? Hoping to compete in the Crossfit games in the adaptive division if it ever happens and getting my first clean muscle up. Have they been met? Not yet but working towards it. Best lifts? Push press. Benefits you have noticed? I feel a lot stronger physically and mentally. What do you do out there in the real world? With alot of free time I try to participate in alot of adaptive sports and events but eventually will be going back to school. Your favorite WOD? Any wod that consist of pull ups and dips. Biggest CrossFit Accomplishment? Doing my first competition and placing! Any changes to brag about? I’ll let my workout speak for itself. Anything else to add?
