Body Comp challenge. Everyone that stuck with it saw marked results in either performance, body comp or both. We noticed a reoccurring theme: Waist went down, Performance went up, and weight stayed the same. The reason I had us weigh at all so that it would hammer home the point that weight is just a number. If you focus on weight…you can just chop off a leg and save yourself a lot of time. 20lbs lost in 3 minutes. Results will be announced next Monday. I have to enter 80+ peoples results into a calculator so that I can get a fair “results quotient” to make this fair.
